The Art of Manifesting: The Skill of Effortless Knowing

The Art of Manifesting: The Skill of Effortless Knowing by Reba Linker | #AspireMag

There is a certain knack to manifesting.

How much effort do you put into owning a pair of shoes?

None, of course. It’s effortless.

You know your shoes will be sitting in your closet at home, just like they were when you put them there.

How hard do you work once you’ve ordered something by phone or online?

Not hard at all, of course. It’s effortless.

You put down the phone or log off the computer and you expect the package on your doorstep without any further effort on your part.

It is exactly the same with manifesting.

It is not a matter of pretending, but of knowing.

The skill is to pinpoint and capture that subtle feeling of ownership that is as clear and as weightless as the energy you
put into owning the shoes that are sitting in your closet.

Harness the art of effortless knowing. Put it to work for you in creating your new reality.

Wanting’ (i.e., lacking) breeds stress and more lack. As we practice manifesting, we learn to stop chasing our goals. Instead, we replace the longing and the chase with the enjoyment of having our goals.

Success breeds success.

The more we relax and enjoy our achievements, the more achievement flows to us.

Like chasing a beach ball in a swimming pool, the more energetically we chase the ball, the more we splash the ball out of reach.

Instead, relax and float up under the ball…

Presto!

No strain.

Easily, effortlessly, the ball is in your hands.

Achieving our goals is like floating up under the ball.

Suddenly, easily, success is in your hands.

It is simple, yet it is not always easy. These ideas are powerfully transformative, and it takes great courage and skill to master them.

Like aiming for a bull’s eye on a target, the point we are aiming for is clear, yet it is not always easy to send our arrows straight to our goal.  It takes practice to get the feel of it just right.

Don’t cast aside your bow and arrow if your first shot misses the mark. Expect to hone your skill. Enjoy the practice and you will surely succeed!

The more gentle the thought, the better.

Gently resist worry and gently affirm having. Gently, gently, push away doubt.

Gently, gently, gently, know with as quiet a thought as the knowledge that your shoes are in your closet at home where you left them.
That is, hardly a thought at all. You just know.

Master the art of effortless knowing. When you’ve mastered it, throw yourself a party – you deserve it! It is a big deal, indeed!
