What is a Conscious Entrepreneur?  According to Christine Kloser author of Conscious Entrepreneurs it is a new, conscious business model that blends an entrepreneur’s purpose and passion with profit.  I had an ‘a-ha’ moment when I came across her book this summer when I realized there is a ‘name’ for what I feel and envision and that there are ‘others’ out there that believe the same way.  Eureka! 

I am a Conscious Entrepreneur! Since birthing Aspire in 2005, my mission was pure and simple:  Inspire Women to Live Deeper, more Authentic, Inspired and Balanced Lives and as Aspire begins its 5^th year we continue that mission and as we bring it to a global audience I invite YOU to be a part of the excitement. 

Sharing the Excitement

As of the upcoming December/January issue, Aspire is re-launching as a national multi-media interactive digital publication with an expanded editorial, audio and video capabilities and combining it with major national sponsorships and collaborations bringing Aspire and its advertisers in front of a global audience.  This change transitions Aspire from a regional print edition to a global digital publication enabling us to reach a broader audience and take full advantage of the doors that have opened nationally. 

The last year has been a whirlwind as Aspire’s grassroots marketing campaign has garnered exciting national opportunities and invitations to collaborate on larger scale ventures that call for an electronic global reaching presence.  This is an ideal time to bring Aspire’s message and advertisers to women across the world.  Though the ‘vehicle’ has changed our journey and mission remains the same: To inspire women to live, deeper more authentic and inspired lives.   

National Media Campaign Launches Inspiration Initiative

To kick off the new digital endeavor Aspire is introducing its Inspiration Initiative entitled – “Join our Mission to Inspire 100,000 Women in 2010” by giving away one hundred thousand (100, 000) one year digital subscriptions featuring over 30 free gifts from our Team Inspiration partners. 

Aspire has signed a one year strategic partnership with The Dr. Pat Show to kick off the initiative bringing Aspire’s message to over 300 radio, internet and cable stations across the globe over the next year along with a presence at some of the most recognized events in the country including the Northwest Women’s Show (WA), Go Green Expo (CA) and the Extraordinary People Speaker Series (WA). And that’s just the first quarter of 2010.   

I am excited and passionate to increase the reach of my mission and reach women across the globe and to be collaborating with some of the most forward-thinking conscious business owners, entrepreneurs, authors and media outlets who believe in the power of collaboration to bring each other’s businesses to the forefront.

What is the vision behind Team Inspiration? 

The vision behind the launch of Aspire’s initiative is based on a quote by Zig Ziglar  “You can have everything you want in life, if you help others achieve what the want.”   To state it simply – Aspire’s mission and goal is to inspire 100,000 women in 2010 by giving them a FREE one year digital subscription to Aspire which is filled with wisdom, insight, tips and tools to inspire them to live a deeper, more authentic, inspired and balanced life. 

In order to do that I have launched Team Inspiration which was created on five core principles that make up my belief system and what I believe are the principles behind all Conscious Entrepreneurs that are succeeding in the world.  The core principles I have based this program on are the following:  

INTENTION, COLLABORATION, RELATIONSHIPS, SERVICE and ABUNDANCE.  

If these core principles resonate with you then you are the ideal Team Inspiration member. Aspire is stepping away from the typical advertising sales paradigm that the publishing industry utilizes and has created a conscious business model that aligns with my personal vision and spirit and is based on the five core principles above.  

Space in Aspire is now released to Team Inspiration partners exclusively (with exception of special event announcements) and will no longer be utilizing the pay for space advertising sales paradigm.  Aspire’s vision is much larger than that and you are invited to join us because I believe you are a conscious entrepreneur and see the innate power of collaboration and intention. 

How does Team Inspiration work? 

Conscious Business owners abound and yet many are still struggling to gain the visibility needed to grow their business and introduce their amazing product or service to a global target audience at a cost that they can both afford AND brings them the results they desire.  For many entrepreneurs, marketing and advertising to a global target audience is out of reach!  Not any more!  Join Aspire and friends in our collaborative effort as a Team Inspiration partner and bring your business to the next level.  

As a Team Inspiration partner (formerly called Advertiser) a conscious business owner can now reach tens of thousands of spiritually and socially conscious women and receive a partner discount based on their confirmed E-Mail list size.  As their confirmed opt-in list expands through their affiliation with Aspire so does the rate of their discount. In exchange for the discount all Team Inspiration partners agree to join us in a collaborative effort to launch the initiative to their list.

Our vision for 2010 is to invite conscious entrepreneurs across the globe to join us as Team Inspiration partners. Here’s a small example of our vision:  As little as 25 ‘advertisers’ place their discounted ad in Aspire and they have a combined opt-in list of 50,000.  As a Team Inspiration partner each has agreed to collaborate and send their list the link to Aspire’s FREE SUBSCRIPTION offer featuring YOUR AD and in doing so Aspire’s offer just connected with over 50,000 women.  Since YOUR product or service is included INSIDE every issue of Aspire – YOU have just reached 50,000 women by working in collaboration with Aspire, each other and the Universal flow.  The viral aspect of Aspire’s digital edition is not even taken into consideration for this example.

What is the difference between being an Advertiser and a Team Inspiration Partner?

I believe two of the most important differences are collaboration and intention.  The old model of paying a publisher to place an ad will no longer be utilized at Aspire.  Space in our digital edition is only being released to conscious entrepreneurs and businesses that believe and live the five core principles.  We will no longer accepting ‘advertisers’ following the old paradigm – we are looking for true conscious entrepreneurs who see the power of collaboration and intention and the power of coming together to inspire women to live deeper, more balanced and inspired lives. 

How does the new model work?

Space is released to clients who have a business and mission that aligns with Aspire’s.  After being accepted as a partner, you will be required to provide proof of the number of opt-ins your company has.  A discount will then be applied based on list size (the higher the list the higher the discount).  Sounds pretty much like the old advertising paradigm except for this part - in exchange for the discount all Team Inspiration members/partners agree to be an active collaborator in the Inspiration Initiative and places the “Free Subscription” banner on their website, in all emails, blogs, etc. for the length of the contract and is an active collaborator.
