You probably know the story of the Three Wise Men traveling to the manger with gifts for the Christ-child. Each man traveled to bring a rare, physical gift including gold, frankincense, and myrrh. Each man rode on a different animal from a different continent known at the time: the horse from Europe; the camel from Asia and; the elephant from Africa.
However, did you know that Three Wise Women also arrived at the manger? They, too, sought to share their secret gifts to help birth and celebrate miracles.
Indulge me with this magical, allegorical story…
Let’s meet the Three Wise Women who are also known as the Magi Sisters; each one represented one of the three stages of a woman’s life: the maiden, mother, and crone. Unlike the four-footed ones who carried the Three Wise Men, the Magi Sisters swooped in on the wings of the feathered ones carrying their secret, non-tangible gifts for birthing miracles. Sparrow, Eagle, and Owl provided their special transportation.
The word “magi” has roots from the Old French magique “magic, magical,” or the Old Persian magush. Indeed miracles are often seen as magical events of the paranormal and do not often appear.
But you need not view miracles this way any longer. You can create a miracle mindset.

From the Wise Maiden-Woman on the wings of Sparrow is the first secret gift: Open your heart to everything and everyone as being a miracle. Rewind and consider once again experiencing your world with childlike wonder. Engage all six senses: See with lenses of love. Hear with love’s heartbeat; your first drumming sounds while womb-bound. Taste everything with fresh gratitude. Touch with reverence. Smell with appreciation. Intuit and imagine only the highest perspective of the outer world. If you get stuck, consider spending more time with your children or other children. Visit a park and be a silent witness to children’s joyance. Watch cartoons. Engage in your favorite childhood hobbies. Could that be coloring, skipping, playing fantasy characters and dressing up, horseback riding, dancing and singing like no one was watching or what else?

From the Wise Mother-Woman on the wings of Eagle is the second secret gift: Create sacred space, a room at the inner inn. You do this by writing an AAA List– Always Advance Appreciation List tm. By mentally walking through the day ahead, you can choose to see in your mind’s eye only the positive unfolding. By feeling the happy emotions of ease, enthusiasm, excitement and expectancy, you prepave the way for miracles. Sacred space is created. Then, by writing a list, you dedicate and seal the day for miracles in service to others including you. You also prepave the way for more peace on earth, goodwill to all.
Affirm this miracle mantra: I am always appreciating in advance with a sense of ease, enthusiasm, excitement and expectancy, I am!
From the Wise Crone-Woman on the wings of Owl is the third secret gift: Be mindful of how your expectation for miracles now appears. You expand on the two first secret gifts to expect and see only H.U.G.S. or Happy Unexpected God Surprises tm. Miracles that once seemed like only rare events, now appear as your daily norm. The extraordinary becomes ordinary, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary. You delight in life, and life delights in you.
Because you have experienced much and many through life’s adventures, wisdom, compassion, and truth now accompany you wherever you travel—in your thoughts, words, and actions. As a miracle messenger, your stories and prayers ripple out into the world’s night sky. Your work and word wisdom illuminate the darkness like the constellations.
