
Our lives run on rhythms. At the deepest level we are rhythmic creatures. Yet we hardly ever give these rhythms any thought regarding whether they serve to take us toward success or away from it. Most of the time, we function absentmindedly, rarely evaluating our habits and routines. The movement of breath in and out of the body follows a rhythm.
